Service Member law was established in 2011, by Matt Crotty and Thomas Jarrard. Shortly thereafter, Thomas and Matt joined with Robert Mitchell to bring one of the first class action USERRA cases.

Matt, Thomas and Bob are attorneys based out of Spokane, Washington, who litigate veteran employment discrimination cases across the country. Bob also maintains an office in Arkansas, which serves the Arkansas and Memphis, TN areas, along with the Midsouth, South, and Midwest.  Through our strategically located offices, we have represented service members in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Miami, Montana, New York, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin, to name but a few.

Over the past fifteen-plus years our team has successfully resolved hundreds of individual and class action cases. Although, Matt, Thomas, and Bob work for different law firms, we are all veterans with significant military experience. We know this area of law and we serve our brothers and sisters in uniform better than anyone.
